Shipping & Returns

Shipping Domestic

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping zip code. You have 3 shipping options through Fedex. UPS and USPS. We do offer free shipping on all orders over $150 in their subtotal. that discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

• Items will ship out within 72 hours of placing order, that does not include Sundays and Federal Holidays.

In Store Pick Up

• We offer local pickup at Fox Aviation located at 6781 N Glen Harbor Blvd, Glendale, AZ 85307.

  • When picking up Order is ready you will receive an email from us letting you know your order is ready for pick up. Orders are placed in bags with your name on them so you can easily walk in and pick up your order.

Returns

We offer 14-day returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and with tags on. Product must be in the same condition you received it in and in the same packaging. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping.

Please note that Loungefly bags will sometimes have some irregularities such as dips, stitching, or small spots. These are not considered defects or flaws and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders during shipment, but we do ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can help you file a claim through the shipping company.
